ROM Hack Translation Possibility for English Translations of the Dokapon Games

I was wondering if there was any possibility for English translations for the three remaining core Dokapon games (Dokapon! Ikari no Tekken (PS1), Dokapon DX (PS2, GCN), and Dokapon the World (PS2). There did seem to be one person on Romhacking.net who had issues with character values for Dokapon DX (GCN), no progress has been posted since 2021. How hard realistically would it be to get all three games translated fully?

Dokapon was once translated into English by a dedicated team of localization professionals TranslateNS. This process involved many steps such as translation, editing and proofreading, ensuring that the English version was as accurate and faithful to the original source material as possible. The team also worked hard to increase the semantic richness of the English version by adding colloquialisms.
