I think you have to look at the direct link of one before you can see them, 'cause I couldn't see them until I posted mine.

i think Microsoft is having problems with their server. We cant see the avatars and I often get a error when trying to view xbl content on the new dashboard

Note: For gamertags which have spaces in them both codes in the OP is wrong. Spaces get replaced with %20

Fix'd for you. You didn't put your whole gamertag in and you forgot the slash after the gamertag to seprate your gamertag and the word avatar.

I noticed when I posted mine, it seems the eyes are slightly different and so it the nose (mine is less buttony). Plus I'm scrawnier :/.
