Crediar has officially released the region free version of Preloader v.25-Crediar

WARNING: System 3.2 Only! Trying to install this on a different firmware will likely cause a brick.

Notes:

Preloader 'replaces' the systemmenu (it's not really replaced, its main.dol is just
renamed) with a simple loader which allows you to automatically load the HBC,
a .dol you can install from SD or the systemmenu.
It also allows you to use simple patches on the systemmenu.
To start the installtion enter I raid u. (On WiiMote press - 1,Right,A,1,Down,Up) Voila!

Poster's Install notes:

Again, you need to be on system menu 3.2 to use Preloader.

1) Copy preloader.dol to SD card - apps\Preloader\boot.dol
2) Copy hacks.ini to root of SD card
3) Run preloader through homebrew
4) Insert code to redeem.
5) Preloader will start disabled so you can configure the way you want.
6) After enabling autoboot to get back to Preloader menu after initial installation, simply hold the reset button in while powering on until preloader menu appears.

To edit the hacks.ini file you can just use notepad, ultraedit, etc.

Hacks:

Simply place the supplied hacks.ini in the root of the SD and enter the settings
and then the hack settings to select the once you want to use.
Once save settings is selected the hacks.ini is copied to the NAND and it's no longer
necessary to keep the file on the SD card.
The format is very simple and should not require any explanation.

**Poster notes

-Use with system menu 3.2
-This supposedly updates like homebrew channel does if you are connected
-A fix is in the works for the autoboot .dol... apparently it has been fixed but not released Crediar wants to check with infectus.
-I am not the coder/author of this app... just someone to help if I can, and learn as the rest do.
-Starfall seems to be built-in to preloader so just put the proper hacks in the hacks.ini that starfall was doing for you.

To remove the hacks.ini file from the NAND use this app that way you can clear it if you decide to change the hacks.ini file back to desired.

Compliments of Fishears this is the "complete" starfall hacks for 3.2E and 3.2U.
Personally, I have not checked these but I am sure these work just fine.

And please do not tell us you can not get one of the menu-loader-patches working as autoload .dol... we know this and have been working very hard to try
and come up for a solution. So read this whole thread before asking repeated questions.

Yes it does! I just had a conversation with him concerning CIOSCORP and he gave it to me to test and I asked when he was releasing it?? He said after you finish testing it and let me know...

Works like a charm!!

Seems to have starfall incorporated into it.

I'd say yes.
The leaked version was PAL only. This is the region free version, so my guess is it now supports all regions.

With this, can we make it load up menu patcher, or rebooter or whatever instead of the system menu?
I heard that with the .24 you couldn't, but i never tried.
