Gaming "Problem" with the file explorer (Vista)

Ok, this has just started before today everything was normal.

When ever i browse my files and double click to open a folder it opens in a new windows. I want it to open in that same window,

I have the option to open the folder in the same window but that still doesn't work.

Any help would be gladly accepted, it's driving me crazy

EDIT: I tried this but still wont work.

EDIT #2: Oh and I'm running vista btw
