Just thought I'd show what I managed to get. Ive been trying to get a PDEL-1001 devkit for a project I'm working on but ended up getting a DEM-3000L57 it's useless for what I'm wanting to do with it as it doesnt connect to neighborhood for vita and can only go as high as firmware 1.691 (prototype firmwares) but can go as low as firmware 0.966 which I currently have installed. DEM-3000XXX are pre-production prototype devkits
