Ps1 emulation on 3ds... too fast?

I have tried thps3 on n2dsxl and it runs too fast. Is there any way to create frame cap in 3ds retroarch? Could you recommend optimal settings for stable fps? What could be the issue?

is there a vsync option ? wasn't that way to cap @ 60 fps ?

Yeah, I think there was option to sync to the exact frame, or something like that, thanks!
