Can anyone please help? I'm waiting on my copy of MCboot to arrive on memory card. Is there anything I can prepare in the meantime? Any guide to load games off usb or over network? This site is pretty outdated for tutorials for the ps2.

In case anyone needs to create their own FMCB (which ironically requires something like FMCB) and "all" they have is a fat PS2, HDD, and network adapter:

I still have a fat PS2 that I softmodded with FreeMcBoot. One of the coolest things I ever did with a console.
