Hacking Homebrew app PS3 SuperSlim 4.87 HFW can't licence

Hello. I'm very new in this. I have a superslim model.
Here are the processes i've done already:
My system was already on the version 4.87, but i installed (twice as some places indicate) HFW 4.87.1
Installed HEN 3.0.2, multiman, webman, irisman.
Signed in playstation network with an account.
Activated game in account management, system activation, ps3 system, game.
I even dumped IDPS.
I have an act.dat file within the dev_hdd0/home/000000xx/exdata/ folder.
I'm trying to install or activate the rap files, but it doesn't do anything.
I've tried psnpatch, reactpsn.
I've put the rap files into exdata of the USB, i've tried within the HDD exdata folder also.. It always asks for the licence. The licence never showed within the package file, pslaystation network content. It's always empty.
Can't say what i've been doing wrong.
Can somebody help ?

use PS3xploit-resigner (google it as i can't post links)
get your act.dat and idps and put it in the folders it say and put the raps in the rap input and run the program it will sign them to your ps3 and give you a pkg file just install that pkg file and it will have the rifs installed correctly

I have tried so many things and didn't get anywhere.
I'm so frustrated...installing a game is soooooooo long...and then i can't play any.

yes every rap i have resigned and installed made the game load
your not resigning the game just the licence

It says for han, i have an HEN.
I read that "YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESIGN PSN PKG GAMES OF PS3"

yep i use ps3hen on my slim that isn't cfw able
and your not resigning psn pkg games your resigning the raps to rifs
pretty much your be doing manually what the automatic system is supposed to be doing

I think i found the problem.
I don't have the idps.bin and don't know how to get it.
Is it important for hen ?

idps.bin is not a file on the ps3 its just a few numbers you can get that in webman mod if you have it installed and then use a hex editor on the computer to make the idps.bin file

it is reqiured

act.dat = data from psn that says your activated
idps = your ps3 identifier

both unique to your user and ps3

game data gets made when you run the game for the first time and if the game has any to install

I thought it was that. I've put a game inside the console now.. And then i'll have the game data. I think.
Do you know if i have to disconnect from the internet or from psn whenever on hen ?

its only for the resigner as far as i know as the auto rif side uses whats allready on the system... don't know why it not working, I use a homebrew https://github.com/bucanero/pkgi-ps3
that you have to setup with config files to a database that has the links where you can get the pkg and it will automaticly take the raps from the database and make rifs for you , its a little bit more complicated for a novice to setup but once you do it makes it easyer
note i can't give you setup files on here but do a google search for them and may find it

no the idps.hex is only needed for pc

1-connect your ps3 to the internet. (make sure debug is disabled and you didnt do something that will cause a ban).
Where can i see the debug enabled or disabled ?

i think thats for CFW doesn't apply to HEN, i would double check your raps/rifs
also make sure HEN Is enabled before you try to run the game

The 16 doble digits - 00 to 15
and the decoded text - 16 numbers and letters.
Then i put the pkg file in input / pkgs
Then i put the rap in input / raps
Ran the resign_windows batch file and it created 2 pkgs, that i copied and installed in ps3.
Then i updated and ran the game and......that error.

you don't need to resign the pkg just the rap delete the game and install the original pkg
