Yeah. Switch is TOO TEMPTING but am broke right now Else would've definitely gone for it. Nonetheless, compared to the games am interested in, Switch doesn't have very many games, and I've been drooling over PS4 exclusives for FAR TOO LONG NOW

While a persistent CFW might not be present upon release, I wonder if with the framework the devs are building into it, that someone could come up with a way to auto-load the exploit upon boot-up?

Thing iS, ps4 still has a lot of games in its life cycle. I personally am looking forward to whatever hack will cover 95%+ games of its library at its end of life

Pratically any brand new unopened PS4, as of today, should come with FW <= 5.05. Just don't wait too long we may soon receive stocks of newer PS4 with FW higher than 5.05.

I must be the luckiest person alive. I gave up on the PS4 homebrew scene years ago and kept updating for online. I actually stopped playing my PS4 a while back due to playing everything on PC. I decided to boot it up to give the new God of War a try, and BAM, sitting at 5.05. Thank you Homebrew Jesus, all hope is not lost.
