Being on the safe side I would say, no, it's not safe. However, Australia 3ds's and their games considered EU and the game is out there so maybe there's no way they can effectively differentiate someone playing su/mo in, say, Greece vs. Australia? Still risky if you ask me.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
