Hacking [Question] Converting a Wii game for Wii U Menu (WUP installer)

I have launched Super Mario Galaxy 2 installed on Wii U (using vWii system).
The vWii on my Wii U is not working... but still working when i launch SMG 2 (purchased on Wii U eShop).

Can i convert WBFS Wii games to Installable on Wii U ?
