I wouldn't rely on this tracking stuff. It is often stuck at some point. Delivery from China might take some weeks.
If you need something as soon as possible, it is better to order it locally.

[Yeah, thanks Nintendo, for criminalizing R4 carts making us jump over some hurdles. You had great success in combating piracy on the DS platform.]

17track was the site that was linked in the page of my NDS-card order, so i go there.
What do you even mean by 'order it locally'? I'm not sure there are stores that sell flashcarts in france...
In fact i already got charged so that's too late
