I still didn't recieve my cart and didn't get charged yet.
Also, i can't access the tracking anymore because it says "Do not find your order shipping information"

Guess my 3ds has to stay bricked... Now one lovely piece of dual-screen wonder is gone

I miss it already. Animal crossing, my Twilight Menu++ roms, everything...

How is it actually bricked?

Accidentally hex-edited my nand and i also can no longer access GodMode9
The only solution would be to replace Luma3DS's boot.firm by GodMode9, booting an NTRboot flashed cart with a magnet, then reverting the changes and rebooting the console.
If boot9strap is uninstalled, i have to do the USM method because the method i used to hack my 3ds (pichaxx) is now obsolete

I feel like i am missing all the cool homebrew that's coming out now. Thank you for your assistance, but none of the methods appeal to me, and now there is none left for me to follow.

Sorry for my depressive feeling. I feel depressed that i don't have a 3ds anymore. People treat a Wii U (which i have) like garbage, which leads to less homebrew and the Switch is very dangerous to hack and you may lose online features

They produced more than 100 million DS + DSi consoles more than 75 million 2|3DS consoles (about 15 various DS are scattered in my house alone – yes I'm mad). It can't be that hard to borrow one to flash ntrboothax onto some cheap, compatible R4.

D*mn! A N3DSXL is such a fine machine, and if the only thing that is wrong with it, is a stupid byte on NAND it is well worth investing some time+money. Those consoles are getting increasingly expensive in good condition. There is no excuse: I literally bricked my test device the same way just to verify that reviving it is easy and fast.

Well, then try another seller. These R4s are so cheap… and if somebody charges your credit card with 2000 bucks for nothing, contact your bank and report fraud to get your money back.

None of the sellers i know have the R4I-B9S.
There is a french flashcart site called Digimaniaz, but apparently it has a bad reputation and the people in it said that they still didn't have their order shipped
R43DS is also notorious for delivering the wrong flashcart to people. If i don't get an NTR flashed cart, it's a worthless scam.

I have an r4i and I also have a new 3ds xl, and a ds lite fwiw. I may be able to do it for you? Someone else more intelligent probably has to chime in. Also don't know what France to UK shipping is like.

It doesn't work that way.
Nintendo included this feature in the bootrom for official repair/unbrick purposes. If standby is triggered –magnet– and (Start)+(Select)+(X)+(Power) are held for some time, the console tries starting from a special NTR cartridge (from the electronics and the data protocol side) instead of from NAND like normally. But this doesn't just mean any "NTR" game. The cart must contain a valid FIRM which must also be digitally signed with a private key only Nintendo has.
Fortunately for us, there is a bug in the signature check allowing us to provide our own, custom repair cart with the help of Sighax (the same B9S does on NAND).

There is no way around this: You need access to some ntrboot(hax) compatible flashcart to start anything.
Finding any working DS console really isn't a big hurdle.

GOOD NEWS! I ordered again and i finally got charged! See you in a few days when i will recieve the cart and i'll tell you if my 3ds will be successfully unbricked.
UPDATE: The order got shipped, waiting for delivery
