Hacking R.I.P. Vantage save tool: it will no longer be able to dump Xbox one saves

you install the app on pc and mod your save on pc and then open the app and it will sync with your xbox

So this tool was only ever for "Play any where" titles ?, is there any method to extract local saves from the xbox and if not why ?

There is no method to dump local saves as there is no way to move saves off the internally hdd
