Seriously want this!
Also, there is a RetroArch3DS being made, so who knows. Also contacted a few other Devs to see if their Works can be Ported to the 3DS, so who knows. Maybe will get some more Devs interested in the 3DS Scene soon ;)

I want it too.

Probably not more devs than we already have will come, because it's so impractical to hack it.

(I.e Cubic Ninja costs $40, Gateway costs $60, Sky costs $90, so you must be willing to spend a lot of money to be in. And have the appropriate FW on your 3DS.)

I really hope this emulator gets polished to be on pair with GameYob 3DS/blargSNES.
I hope to see the light of day in which we can finally play all the Virtual Boy library in real 3D with sound and good framerate.
23 games (or so) for a complete library of games isn't that much!

:D

I got nothing to say against a VirtualBoy-Emu but what i can't understand is, how many people are literally sh**ing their pants to see one done, the library of games is small and i played them all and gotta say, there have been 3 (in words: three) games that where half-decent, i played them in 3d on my samsung-TV and the 3d isn't even good, you can clearly see how this was coded when 3d-movie-technology was new... And yet an emulator for this piece of eye-pain is more anticipated then finally getting gba-emulation back to have those (better, newer, just as working AND more iconic) games working for users of fakesigned CIAs and ninjhax, again... it's strange to say the least

I've heard that VB has one of the best homebrew scene around... Maybe people are waiting for that.

I feel like bumping this thread in the homebrew section is a bad idea, since it's too early in development and it will only disappoint people hoping to find something playable.
Besides, my finals are coming up and I won't have a lot of time to work on it, so there won't be much progress anyway.

I'll make a thread once there's something I can show. In the meantime, this is where you should go.

I saw a .cia of this in the Thread you Linked. Exactly how should the File Structure be for trying to run it? Or if anything, how would I go to compile it with a Rom?

I tried the VB Flappy/Snake (both are Snake by the way). There is a slight issue with this, even with the other .cia I got with the N3DS. You Start the App, and then the Screens are blank. Hit the Home Button, and then it Pops up. Same kind of Issue I had with GameYob before they fixed it.

Because of Virtual Boy Wario Land, which is one of the greatest 2D platformers ever made.

did you see them on google? preloaded rom consoles
  • T @ Texasauras:
where is that which one is that
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Those preloaded ones are junk. You can Google raspberry Pi and find where they are sold near you, or on amazon.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, i don't think my parents will get me a pi
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
You can get older ones even like the pi 3,4 for cheap, but they don't play gamecube, Wii etc very well. Be warned they use a Linux os, which you need to load onto a micro SD card yourself. You can find pre built images like "retro-pie" online free tho which makes it easy to setup.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @BigOnYa, i don't have my own money
  • T @ Texasauras:
