Hardware Region change JAP to EU 11.2.0-35J

Is it possible to change the region of my 3ds xl to EU ( my actual firmware is 11.2.0-35J )

Yeah, i have a9lh, i saw that guide but can i do it with my 11.2.0-35 ? cuz in that guide, you can download a 9.2.0 only

Yes, you will end up with a 9.2 EUR console, and then I think you can update to latest firmware
EDIT: I haven't tried to change my region, but I think it should be possible with A9LH + 11.2
