Hacking <-> REGION e-SHOP Games

Good day to you folks,

I have some question(s) regarding playing e-Shop games, the game I want to play 'Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword' is only available on a certain title key website for the USA Region, since I have an EU region console, I there is a way to install this game (and others) and play it on my console?

ps. of course I have my homebrew ready to be active plus a fw.img.
ps2. unless could upload the title key on that specific site for EU users.

If you have a CFW like Mocha CFW or CBHC then yes, you can play it even though it's not from your region
