Just a heads up, Nintendo released 11.4.0-37 firmware update 32 mins ago of the time of writing. BootNTR Selector needs to be updated to support 11.4 NFIRM.

Sorry if this is obvious or has been answered already, but do I need to delete NTR to use this? Because I have NTR, but not this, and I'd like to switch but I want to make sure I don't accidentally break something

just hold X button when launching BootNTR, it will update rather than deleting the cia manually then reinstalling a new updated cia.

Selector means it does have all 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 in one cia you can switch to any of these modes freely. :>
You can keep it, but you don't need it (so you can uninstall it).

The 11.4 updated the nwm service which breaks the streaming feature.
A NTR update is required (not a Selector thing), so no ETA on this, you can only wait until it's done.
Every New3DS's user willing to keep using the streaming function must not update to 11.4 until it's fixed.
