They are in the dlc fIles for that level. Also, in order to add them you will have to build completely new characters using their data, not just tweak their ids.@Omegablu is it possible to reclass the Ids of the brigands' brothers (Lloyd and Llewelyn) in the Anna on the Run DLC, namely Llouis, Lliam, Lleland, Llars, Llester, Llogan, Llyle, Lluther, Llucas, Llincoln, Llamar, and Tom into a custom dlc? or what is their current IDs? I cannot find them within the first 255 IDs in the game
NPC's all use temporary IDs that are only loaded for that chapter, and the file they are in is also only loaded for the chapter. Again, a custom character would have to be built. I have zero interest in this, especially since they are all exactly the same save the name.so theres no way for me to just reuse their ids? not sure how i can extract the dlc etc.
however, could u add them to your custom dlc? they all reuse lloyd and llewelyn's model and portraits
What will we lose from uninstalling/overwriting the official dlc in the first place? After you run the dlc, reinstall the official dlc.
Losing access temporarily to the missions, until you reinstall them when you are done. As long as you don't wipe your extra data, you won't lose any dlc chars/items in your save. You only need my missions installed to add the characters to your save and extra data, after which you can remove the dlc cia. Also may have some weird interactions with dlc Revelations/conquest, as this was tested on special edition. It should still work with those. What will we lose from uninstalling/overwriting the official dlc in the first place?
Should I back up my current extra data via JKSM before attempting this?Losing access temporarily to the missions, until you reinstall them when you are done. It shouldn't be necessary unless you are afraid of accidently deleting it yourself, which could only really happen if you confuse the dlc and extra data in system settings.Should I back up my current extra data via JKSM before attempting this?
So how do I reinstall the official DLC (what I currently have)? It shouldn't be necessary unless you are afraid of accidently deleting it yourself, which could only really happen if you confuse the dlc and extra data in system settings.
You should just be able to redownload it from the eshop. Either that or use a CIA of the official DLC.So how do I reinstall the official DLC (what I currently have)?
And what "weird interactions" are we talking about? You should just be able to redownload it from the eshop. Either that or use a CIA of the official DLC.
If you can get it installed, then it's fine and will behave normally. I don't remember how installation really runs with the path dlc, but depending on how you perform the installation it may uninstall the dlc paths. Meaning you can't get the characters on a dlc path if true. You won't lose your saves on dlc paths, but you do lose access while obtaining the characters. And what "weird interactions" are we talking about?
I only want three (possibly four) specific characters from this DLC.

https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-fire-editor-fire-emblem-awakenings-save-editor.397493/So I won't be able to load my Revelation save file, until I reinstall the same cia I originally used to install the official DLC in the first place, on top of the custom DLC I just installed.
Also (since I don't know when I'll be able to ask this again), any chance of adding custom DLC characters to Awakening (Phila, Mustafa, Raimi, opposite-gendered Robin), or a robust editor on par with FEFTwiddler ("FEATwiddler")?
So Fates is easier to edit than Awakening? Can I at least find a good convoy editor for that game (since I had to give myself every item in that game, including illegal/useless stuff, just to replace all the items I lost, just because I tried to clone an extra unit, just to add Gaius to my party, because no one told me he would be gone forever and that he was even recruitable.)?https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-fire-editor-fire-emblem-awakenings-save-editor.397493/
Not as thorough as FEFTwiddler, but it is the only save editor we have for Awakening. Opposite gendered-Robin can be achieved via save-edit. The others would be romhacking, and I don't think anyone's done that yet since Awakening is a pain to work with.
