I have one question:

I have base game (fpkg) and I found other update (fpkg) but both are same CUSA which I already know that. but can I use this tool to remarry them ? I don't want the update file into one base game fpkg and install it completely.

I like to have two separate: one base fpkg and one update fpkg so I can install update fpkg to base fpkg on my pS4 as usually. That's what I like. Can I do that ? I hope that you understand what I am talking about. Sorry about my English.

Because the CUSAID matches: yes you can remarry these together using this tool and end up with two separate files; the game and the update.

EDIT: I was successfully able to make pkg files with the command line version of the program, but it error'd out at launch. Re-downloaded game & update from elsewhere & they worked fine...These were crappy packages or something I guess...

Issue Creating Final Pkg
Can't find any sort of error log other than the log within the app. Absolutely nothing in the Output folder. Please help.

does this create a temporary file on other Drives? the program(repackager) was used on Drive C, then the final output was created on Drive D, all the files(game and pkg patch) and are on Drive D. but i noticed that it took up a huge amount of space on my Drive C, but i cant figure out where that file was.

EDIT. ignore this. the space was back to normal after the repackager was done remarrying the update. just weird that it took space on other drive.

I remarry'd a base and update file (Tekken 7) with matching CUSA., yet final output file size of the update is a lot smaller than the source. In this case with Tekken 7, the OG update file is around 10Gb but after using this tool, it's just over 4Gb? Why is that?

It installed fine but the menu screen had no icons and had no music (basically screwed up)

one possibility is it's your virus scanner, if you use one, I was unable to get games to decrypt with pkg viewer due to mine, so I had to turn it off. it was the sc.exe that was the problem, which is stuff in the sce_sys folder. there's no way that accommodate for 6GBs though.

I did think that and disabled my AV, etc. Tried it 3 times now and the same issue losing 6gb

not sure. you could check the integrity of the pkg with orbis-pub-chk. don't know if it will show anything. it will have warnings since it's a fpkg though, so don't be alarmed. the only thing to look for with orbis is errors.

another option, to avoid duxa, is to decrypt the packages with that same app. sc0 goes in sce_sys folder. gengp4 will ignore what it doesn't need, so don't worry. the marrying process is based on the base pkg, not the dump of it.

btw, passcode is 32 0's, so just hold down the 0 button, and it will stop when it gets to that number. that's the passcode for all fpkg. I know that klicenses on the ps3 use all 0's to indicate no klicense whatsoever, so I assume all 0's is like no passcode or negates it at least.
