REBUG CFW can now be installed over OFW 4.82 (Hack-able PS3 models ONLY)

Essentially an update for Rebug using 4.82 as a base with updated COBRA. Unsure if we're allowed to link to it here so just Google for Rebug, Toolbox also updated.

Yes of course rebut will have built in webman. This is a "light" version which means it's very much stripped down. It's essentially the same as ferrox cobra CFW. They will release an REX build when it's ready but for now it's nice to see someone working on things.

It's exactly what it does. Only trouble is it will work like shit. Ugly picture, sluggish FPS, huge lag.

Hmm. I just gave it a try. Does it just not work with .pkg installs? It seems to work with Kingdom Hearts loaded through sman but not my .pkg install of Persona 5.

That may be the case, since I only have disc games, so I tested on them.

Like @Reploid asked, what's the diff between regular REX and this? I don't know whether or not it's worth me updating since I have 4.82 spoofed, but if it's just features I don't use I'd rather just be on top of things.

Frankly, I only really need REX for the Debug settings so I can spoof save data owner.

The REX firmware offers a range of features that aren't available in a standard cobra enabled CFW. This firmware is pretty much the same thing as ferrox cobra CFW. Just patched and published by rebug team

For anybody wondering, this was the issue. The feature does not work with .pkg installs, its working fine now with the folder version.
