4Go, the SD card came with 3DS console : Toshiba
In that case, this should work. Most of the time, if you click paste an incorrect number of times, it'll get stuck on a white screen, so try it a few more times. If it still doesn't work, try to find another SD card between 4 and 32 gb.

No problem!

Just in case someone ever comes around with the same question, was it an issue with the tickets? Or what it something else?

Quick note, you have to manually edit it to match the DSiWare you're extracting. If you're extracting Flipnote Studio, change it to

Code:
dsi_srl_extract.exe --basename=FLIPNOTE_STUDIO 4B475545.bin

and make sure the. bin file is in the same folder.
Ok thanks but i haven't "0f" at line "00000380" :(

Is it normal for the firmware to still say "Ver 1.4.5U" in System Settings after downgrading successfully?
Yup, totally normal. If you didn't downgrade the version data, which is the part of the firmware dedicated exclusively to the version number displayed, then it won't change.

I'm a bit confused by this. Can you clarify what you're trying to do and what guide you're using?

Downgrade and i'm here

  1. Open HxD.exe and select the "Open" option
  2. Find the file named OUT.footer (in your dsi_srl_extract folder) and select "Open"
  3. You should see two blue lines of numbers and letters, one going up and down, and one going left to right
  4. Find the number "00000380" on the up-and-down line, and find "0F" on the left-to-right line. When you look at where they both lead, you should see two characters. Highlight them.

If you have an outdated pack, try downloading the latest pack, and make sure there's boot.nds on your SD root.
Yes everything is the latest and I have all the files located correctly. I can see the white screens sort of flashing lightly.
