There's an existing homebrew that chooses one of your games for you, but doesn't actually launch it. Might be on the app store, can't remember what it's called sorry.
Might not be too hard to make it launch the game too, I know it can be done from homebrew (eg. DBI) but I haven't checked what code is involved.

I'll take a look at the code and see if I can figure it out with little to no prior knowledge on how to do so. 
Even if not, I suppose this roughly accomplishes what I was after.
