heres the save for eu/us Metroid samus returns

the 1st save file (100%) could someone with ALL 4 amiibos scan them onto the 1st save file for me ?
the 2nd save file (only has the 3 SAMUS amiibos scanned *NOT THE BABY METROID AMIIBO*)
the 3rd save file is the same as the 1st save file (100%) NO AMIIBOS SCANNED

There seems to be no checksums on the save file.

Filename: profile# \ pkprfl.bmssv, change offsets:

0x28 = 02 # Save Difficulty Level: 00 = Normal / 01 = Hard / 02 = Fusion (Blue Suit Samus)
0x37 = 01 # Unlocks the Fusion Difficulty?
0x3D = 01 # Adds an unfilled blue 'A' symbol at top of your save file.
0x43 = 01 # Changes the blue 'A' to a Yellow 'A' symbol (Requires 0x3D to be set to 01)
0x49 = 01 # Adds an unfilled blue 'M' symbol at top of your save file.
0x4F = 01 # Changes the blue 'M' to a Red 'M' symbol (Requires  0x49 to be set to 01)

I've tested these, and the 0x37 one doesn't seem to unlock Fusion mode (it still asks to scan an amiibo), but everything else works (including manually changing the difficulty).

I missed one offset in my previous post, I've updated it now
Offset 0x31 was 'additional Energy Tank unlocked' and 0x37 is if its full or not...
Thanks to Brion for the description of what each offset controls and also for the 'enable amiibo scanning' offset which I didn't have.

Yes I just double checked and it is all there

No
File 3 was copied to file 1
Then file 1 was selected as new game and then scanned with all the amiibos to unlock the extra tanks and fusion mode
File 3 was the original file which I used to beat the game.
File 3 has NO amiibo content

Well, going by that, I've compared the two pkprfl.bmssv files, and found some interesting stuff. They differ at all the places you'd expect them too, reserve tanks, difficulty, a weird one at 0x04 I don't know what it does, etc. but there's also a bunch of random-seeming bytes inserted at 0xEC.

So whatever unlocks the postgame amiibo content doesn't seem to be a binary toggle the way the reserve tanks are.

That said, I found that you can replace your pkprfl file with the one that has all the amiibo features unlocked, and it works just fine.

You don't download anything, it's the same as a barcode read.
You only read whatever info is in the Amiibo, nothing gets downloaded into the system.

Your arguing semantics at this point dude, whether you download a literal access code or data is simple read and then unlocks in-game content, it's DLC. It's content locked behind a pay-wall.

so, just so i get this right, you would need the samus amiibo everytime you start a new game to unlock fusion mode? is that how it works?

I too would like something like this. I don't like having to switch between my beams using the touchscreen
