Hacking Question Restored NAND Backup OFW 6.1.0 and Update 6.2.0 got banned?

UPDATE: It seems all that was needed was a Factory Settings Reset. Picture proof now a Nintendo Account can be added. For the record, for "This Nintendo account cannot be used at this time, this user can't use online features" message and error code "2154-2005" after 6.2.0 update should be solved with a factory reset.

guys need help downgrading to 6.1.0 from 6.2.0, but having problems and stuck on this point.. any help would be appreciated.. using :

2. It should say: "Now you can do hactool --keyset=keys.txt to use them!", if it does, and there's no warning messages, you're good to go!

So if we make emunand immediateley on the executer bootloader we will have a clean sysnand as the booyloader was not booted on ofw or cfw right?

If you never boot to SysNAND with CFW, it will be clean.
