Possibly. It depends on if someone feels like making it happen. :P

Ugh, well, I hope so, the one thing that will make this even more awesome is if better N64, PSX and PSP emulation can happen, I know it's ambitious and maybe even presumptuous, I don't know. I dare not ask anyone directly though, because believe me, I am grateful this is on the Wii U.

PPSSPP needs a dynarec and is probably a while off according to libretro I dunno about PS1

What about N64? That one needs a lot of power to run and the Wii U's VC emulation is...just plain bad for N64.

Games tested so far (All NTSC-U)

Final Fantasy VI - perfect/full speed
Mega Man X2 - Full speed/crackling audio
Kirby's Dream Land 3 - Perfect/full speed (A game the Wii struggled with)
Sparkster: Perfect/full speed
Star Fox -Runs too fast, GSU-1/MARIO timing-related? Audio crackling.
Super Castlevania IV - Perfect/full speed
Super Mario RPG - Perfect/full speed, slight audio crackle
Yoshi's Island - Perfect/full speed has crackling audio in intro level, goes away after intro level

I wonder, would this warrant making a wiki? I can start an entry.

More game testing to come :P
For Starfox, there's an option to underclock the FX chip. Haven't tested it myself, but I noticed it was there.

Quote from libretro:
Cores like Mupen64plus and PCSX-R will not be a simple case of compilation to get them to work. They will likely require at least a solid month of work, and that's a conservative figure.

Granted, the only real consoles this has been on is Older Nintendo consoles... So I'm assuming this would work fine, considering VC and it can run CPS3.
IDK Maybe they could get it running fullspeed, I dont know much about desmume.
But I am hoping for a fullspeed dreamcast port, that would be sweet. :) It runs really good on 360 so it should on WiiU too

But wouldn't that cause noticeable screen tearing and/or cause games to run faster than 60 fps? I'd rather wait for upcoming versions to fix the audio, but that's just me :P
Not that I could tell. Haven't noticed any screen tearing nor too fast gameplay.

Also a tip for people who want to boost your crappy game pad sound, there's a option in the audio settings "audio volume level (db)" set that to 12.0.
Oh wonderful, I need this to play with my headphones in my bed XD
