Rumor: Monster Hunter Portable 3 Coming to Playstation Vita?

Apparently from a retail pamphlet. There isn't way to see if this is authentic, though it was given out by Sony apparently. Either way, I'm labeling it as a rumor until stated otherwise.

Though it also looks like Lord of Apocalypse may be coming but no Tales of Innocence R....

I would very much appreciate if they release it for both PSP and the VITA, hopefuly on both PSN and UMD, otherwise I am disappoint.

I assume they added that because of the tech demo they showed of MHP3 utilizing the extra analog stick on the Vita. PSP downloadable title, nothing to get excited about.

Because Freedom is the Western title; Capcom hasn't announced they're bringing over MHP3, so they just use the Japanese title, if that makes sense.

Still, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for Vita, translated from the PSP version, would be pretty damn awesome. Considering I have invested around 80 hours in the PSP version, that's actually in Japanese, this might actually be a First Purchase for me.

This port would do well because there are people that would jump on the opportunity to buy the same game again with minor enhancements.

It's not a bad thing and it's a business model we already see with your Maddens and Calls of Duties. It's easier for the developers than making a new game and it makes it all the more impressive when they actually do.
