safe to install wii vc wad injects on vwii

I found out you could play romhacks as a vc inject with the wii vc and I could Install a wad on my vwii to do that but I'm worried its not safe to install a wad inject and I'd brick the vwii which I've been told can also brick the wii u too so is it safe?

Yes and no, I’ve successfully installed vc injects for both Wii U (wup) and vWii (wad) with no issues but there’s always a risk of a brick wither you got yourself a bad wad file or used the wrong wad manager, I recommend sticking with EmuNAND instead.
