ROM Hack Searching for a tool to get image out of xtx files

Hello

In NSO are often xtx.z files used for cover and title images.
With zdrop I unpack the xtx.z(lib) files to xtx.
Now I'm searching for a tool for Win11 to get the image out of the xtx file.
NvnTexpkg.exe creates xtx out of tga/dds, but it can't reverse the process.
I don't want to extract single files, so Switch-Toolbox is useless in my case.
I want to use a command line to build a little batch for extracting many xtx files at once.

I only found this Python script, but it doesn't work correct (see issues):
