Ok, I've came across some weird error.

I've took some (shitty quality) pictures of what the output was.

When I opened run YABDM, it showed me this:
20151224_001.jpg

So I manually changed it like you said to IOS 36.
After pressing the A button, it shows me this and exits the program:
20151224_007.jpg

Any idea what I should do?

Rather than pressing A to enable full hardware access, try pressing B instead to reload to IOS 36.

Oh, then go ahead and try to enable full hardware access.
Which IOS should I select when using YAWMM?

Edit: someone should recompile YAWMM to be able to use it with the WiiMotion Plus...

Edit2: Tried using IOS 36 and IOS 58, but both gives me Error -1017 when trying to uninstall it

If IOS 36 won't work, then use 236 to install the other 3 cIOS's and then just use the IOS 236 installer to uninstall 236.

Nope, didn't work either.
I guess the program is just not up to date... I've used the "German" updated version, which worked just fine.

Sorry about all that IOS kerfuffle, I guess I gave you the wrong link to YAWMM :P
But to answer your question, no, IOS 58 always has USB 2.0 regardless of hacks, so don't worry about it. Only other thing to do is uninstall HBC.

Thanks a lot!!!

Before I uninstall HBC, what is the best way to make a backup of my saves from the vWii games?
I've read that when I copy the save file from the vWii menu, it says that I can't copy it back into another vWii... What should I do in case I will get a refurbished WiiU?

Edit: Seems like the YABDM is going to do the job hopefully :)

Stupid question but what games did/do you own? There was also a corruption problem with Mario Kart 8 where hundreds of people complained about a bricked Wii U.

Games I own:

New Super Mario Bros. U
Nintendo Land
ZombiU

I've got also a lot of Demo's installed from the Nintendo E-Shop though.

Actually it happened with any game if the NAND/eMMC chip was from the faulty batch. The only reason it happened a lot more with MK8/SSB4/NSMBU was because they were extremely popular titles
