I am play disc version of game. Hmm.. Zombies mode{Survival: Town} splitscreen(TV)(not game pad device) and I was dead person but suddenly screen is become this...

I do not play WiiU in so many time... I think this is sign of only play PS4 console...

That kind of stack trace dump usually happens if the host of the game turns off his console in the middle of the game. Sometimes this can also happen if you try playing a map and it doesnt load correctly.
