The latest offering from Nintendo's long-running family-friendly fighting phenomenon, Super Smash Bros Ultimate puts across what is on the surface level truly the ultimate experience. With more characters and stages, on top of an extensive adventure mode and new content, does it do enough to earn its title?

Wouldn't give it higher than a 7/10 which is still good.
Sorry folks, roughly 100ms input lag with a wired gamecube controller is blasphemy if you're coming from melee.
All the content in the world can't cover up how the gameplay feels.
It feels like wannabe melee, except because of the engine/physics the mechanics they introduced just aren't useful.
Nobody's going to wavedash if it's too slow and will get you punished.
It's still a fun game, just not something I will play years down the road on a competitive level.
