There was about 10 console accessible to customers, all of them > 3.0.
I asked gently to the lady responsible of Video Games if there was others in stock, she said yes and I gave her the max serial, she bring me back this one saying "It's the last, maybe others old will come because stocks move from others Carrefour from other city in France".
I'm happy :)
I've looked in Micromania Balaruc too, only new consoles > 3.0.
Best chance is non-video games store.

If anyone is interested there is small company in Poland that sells XAJ400136, same that I bought mine from. They have like 10 or so, not sure if all are with this serial. They sell/send to EU. PM me if interested (i'm not a seller, I can only give you a contact info).

Thats funny my USA XAW10039 console came with 3.0.2 take it back i think you got a returned console and someone must have updated it.
