I tried that, i noticed that it gave the same error code in goldleaf if i tried to export the save, so i deleted the save data through the system settings and it didn't help.It may be your game saves are corrupted in your new Emunand. Try deleting game saves in Emunand, or backing up the game saves from Sysnand, and restoring them in your new Emunand with JKSV or Checkpoint.
I don't know if this is related but every time i launch a game in emunand it gives a popup saying that it couldn't verify my switch online membership for the save data cloud. It was doing this before I had the 2002-1002 error though, so i don't think it's related.
