I think there's a need to implement some kind of intelligence and common sense test before allowing these kids to make threads.

True. On the other hand when I was about twelve (Pokemon X and Y had just come out) me and my brother bought the games from eShop and I thought "Hey when we're finished with the games let's swap SD cards to play the other one. You all know how that went...
