So most (with bad luck) will receive it in 1-2 months if it is first sent from China to the resellers and then to the actual address and then there is still the customs...

In Switzerland, customs are pretty strict and I bet they don't stick a customs declaration on the letter. There can only hope that we gets the single license by mail and can load the firmware over the PC.

You can see the date when its release if you clicked on SX PRO on Switchsx.com . Says June 15-20.

That's what i don't understand. why 15th of june? It's the same date for atmosphere. If they brought thhis one month ago, i would probably buy it, but they wwill release it on the same day as atmosphere…..

They chose the date to be able to get as much money out of the preorders as they can. They know, when atmosphere comes out, their product gets obsolete. At least, my thoughts.

EDIT: second, i think they could deliver now too, but problem is, it gets reverse engineered in days and again, obsolete. From business perspective, they are doing a perfect job.
