Homebrew "that iso site"...ok, but what if we don't know it?

From my lurking around there I noticed that since linking to ROM sites is forbidden, people here advise to go to "that ISO site" without telling the name...but what about newbies who have no idea which site they are talking about ? Oo Do they get clues by MP or something ?
Not that I have an hackable 3DS since they are both 9.9.26E...but in case I decide to sell my 2ds and buy an exploitable one instead...

Ah so it's that one...the thing is that it seems full of ads, and login seems to be necessary...I thought it was a scam site...XD (found it by googling 3ds CIA)

Use Adblocker plus. I was accessing the site for a month before realizing that it's almost impossible to do anything without an ad popping up. So i got ABP and not it runs almost as fas as gbatemp WITHOUT abp!

Linking to ROM sites, mentioning ROM sites, asking for a name or link to ROM sites, or even expressly hinting at the name is a warnable offense, and can lead to a ban if done repeatedly. If you want to find downloads, you'll have to do it yourself.

I wasn't really asking for the website name just hints to what to google to find the site because i wondered how new members where supposed to find it with the vague allusion but I don't need anyùore answers...i found it by googling...anyway to close that or something similar

That was before Memchunkhax was released XD (date of the first message by me = October 2015)...I even have the same old 3ds now downgraded and with Menuhax autoboot into Luma3DS...^^
