If it's a laptop, you can try finding if your PC has a replacement screen online (I've found one, took the old bad one out and put the new one on) and for a desktop, simply change the monitor to a better one

Alrighty, I've found mine on Amazon, but you can check there or something better to find it.

Good luck trying to fix it though. If your PCs popular enough, you can even find a guide online on how to take the pc screen off your laptop and how to put in a new one.

Do you have hardware stores that do repair work? You can probably take it there and get it replaced/fixed.
