Those stupid spam accounts that PM everyone

Suggestion: When you ban them, you also delete their spamilicious message from everyone's inboxes.

Probably not possible with the forum software, but it is something worth looking into if its possible.

* Takes time to find them all
* Staff doesn't read your personal messages (or even the PM titles)
