NFO doesnt really say if there are any differences between versions. I'm guessing they fixed Mario's moustache from disappearing on the standing still frame of his animation. When he's big, that scan line (as well as every 4 horizontal lines if I remember correctly) was cut off to fit the GBA screen in the original Famicom Mini version. They fixed it by the time of the NES Classic version. Know if there there any other differences or new features?

This is an OLD version of the rom, it's a dump of a Famicom Mini cart which was given away in a competition. The original dump a few hundred numbers back was v1.1 and this new dump is v1.0 thereby making it older and meaning they won't have "fixed" anything in this version.
