Just a little post to say I recode many things ^^! I'm able to load DLL plugin, so anyone who know how to code in C# can write is own plugin for the FS Editor ^^! It's possible to open the file in archive or open extracted file directly. I've added a recent files parts too, a Drag'n'Drop support. And you can open many file as your computer can ^^! Many little things need to do again, after that I put it on GitHub to see if anyone is interessed to upgrade this tool with me!

You're not going to get much external dev support for the same reason that gericom's "Every File Explorer" failed to do so....specialized tools are generally preferable to all-in-ones.

Each plugin have his own depencies, the "core" of the program just call the right plugin for the right file format. So I don't know if it's the same as "Every File Explorer" but anyway, It's easier for me to add Format support ^^! I hope reverse Switch things is fun, I never be able to understand how do an SVC call in Pegaswitch ^^'. Great works you have done!!!

Anyway... Just a little teasing again:

Right now I've the support of Yaz0 NARC file, Color Syntax on many text file, and BNTX support with preview.

I was kind of wondering the same thing, but from its name (RomFS), I think this is just for reading game asset data.

Still no way to back up saves, I take it.

Is there a reason why these dumps can't be viewed completly? Does the filesystem differ from ROM to ROM? Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom looks realy weird...

Hello.The reason is that Ubisoft use this weird format (they used also on other games before,as example on "the division",and the program does not "understand" it.(in other words it needs a pluggin for view it)

I was trying to look into this, but the script posted on p7 of that thread ya linked, "rouge_sdf_2.zip", didn't seem to work on the M+R files. I'm highly interested if you got it working properly, though!

For the curious, this was the error that I recieved:
