Installing CIAs is not enough to have the piracy you all want. However there are some tricks that are possible when we have CIA installation.
We do not have it yet, but it is possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't answer. A side effect of this would allow for piracy (which I'm sure no one here would EVER use this for ) and he's strongly against it.

If we are able to run code in the background alongside software launched with HANS, doesn't that mean that somebody could figure out how to do screen recording without a capture a card? The main limitation would be the amount of available RAM though, so I don't know if that would work on O3DS.

Yeah, that's the main reason I want it too, non-dynarec emulation really isn't that great for the 3ds right now. Plus I want to be able to run GBA games natively, then finally I can stop using my DS Lite

ARM11 would die of overuse. And I'm not using HANS anymore.
