meh, easy to tell it's an exploit if they call it *hax. So I don't mind a bit personally.

Yup, I am in exactly the same boat as you and many others
Reliable dev comes out and says update to 3.0 this is the magic FW, many of us do this and now this
I just hope ScriesM can find a way to get this onto 3.0
SciresM has consistently said to stay on the lowest possible system version and not to update to 3.0.0 or anything else.

Seriously, if you want HOMEBREW 3.0 is fine. You obviously want piracy so it isn't the same thing.
Piracy is also theoretically possible on 3.0.0 with just the kernel exploit that SciresM has already managed.

If the trustzonehax works and his emunand works, 1.X and 2.X people can in theory run emunand and run the latest versions.

No, SciresM has kernel on versions up to and including 3.0.2.
My understanding is CFW and emuNAND are also possible with kernel.
