So, I heard you can restore a 3DS on BSOD Bootrom Error via NTRBootHax and this is what happened.

Is it not actually restorable by NTRBootHax or have I done something wrong?

We have no idea what you have actually done.

Simply booting ntrboothax will not magically fix things.

What I was trying to do was load NTRBoothax and install B9S to "restore" it from BSOD.
Is it possible?
As long as the nand chip is good yeah. It should just need a B9S install and a full CTRNAND transfer to bring it back to life. If that doesn't work, (once you get B9S installed) you can try this https://github.com/AnalogMan151/Lazarus3DS

EDIT: Or better a NAND backup (I'm just so used to people not having them I automatically suggest the CTRNAND transfer).

This.
But if you have a nand backup before things went wrong, that's always the best option to restore that.

What do you mean by "nand chip"? (This hasn't been in any hardware modification, if that helps)
The actual hardware, yes. You wouldn't necessarily have had to do modifications to fry the chip. However, you'd 100% know if you did something so erroneous with your console that would cause it to dislodge, fry or become damaged. Pretty sure your chip is fine.

Also, I can't see your pictures so I'm just suggesting the general steps for a BSOD restore. I have no idea what your error is specifically.

Its totally possible, I went through the same thing when I bricked my friends 3DS back in the day and was able to finally fix it with NTRBoot just follow the 3ds.guide section for installing B9S with NTRBoot, I'll even link you to the Get Started page, after you go through all that you will most likely then have to do the CTRNAND transfer or it will just crash on the home menu after booting, luckily thanks to B9S you don't need a back up of your own anymore #thedarktimes, the walk through for that is also on 3ds.guid here.
