Trying to see how to add a homepage on my website

Hello! I tried to message the admins Shaun and Costello but don't have permission to do that.

I wanted to see if you guys can help me add a home page to my website as i use Xenforo as well as me and my friend are newbies in using xenforo and a little rusty with html coding. I'm assuming a sub domain is required as i can make them
