Yeah, not a surprise at all. I hope they add Mega Man like they should have in the first place. Out of the characters mentioned in your post, Strider is by far my favorite.

I'm glad I didn't pick up this game yet, I'll get the Ultimate edition sometime soon I guess.

But it's a big slap in the face for guys who purchased the original.

Nope, they're just playing the Capcom game. Release a game and re-release it a lot. They've done it with almost every franchise they have, not just fighters.

EDIT: Also, can everyone STOP bringing up Megaman Legends 3 in EVERY thread related to Capcom or any game made by Capcom? It got canned and you literally have no info on the game outside of the fact that it was supposed to be made. It's gone, get over it.

Well on the Capcom Unity forums they did a suggestion poll on who people wanted to see in the game. Mega Man X lead in votes on the Capcom side with Strider right behind in 2nd.

And before people say, "O noez, tehy onleh addz n X cuz tehy canzelld teh Legends 3", they were probably going to add him in anyway. I felt the same way.

I did like the original game though. But do I feel like getting another xbox, spending another 50 for a year of live, just to play this?

EDIT: But I swear, if I dont see a form of MegaMan on this game, this time... it is going to be me and you, Capcom.

Im not a fan of the RE series, but ive been keeping up with it, and I dont feel that they have been whoring it out like they have the others. IMO

They're making "HD remakes" of RE4 and Code Veronica.

They made RE5 plus the "Gold Edition" which just bundled DLC with it.

RE: The Mercs is the largest example of Capcom releasing a fraction of a game for the same price. And people still bought it.

Oh yeah, and I'm sure you all enjoyed the 5 minute demo of Revelations. God forbid they do anything more than that.

To me the title indicates that its going to be the Ultimate Marvel Universe characters replacing the original MVsC3 Marvel characters.

Of course its probably not that at all.
