yeah i was thinking blue (: lol i live in cali and its summer so its too hot for a shirt! LOL! but i think blue would like come out to dark so maybe like bleach it then blue? who knows lol

Looking at recent weather forecasts it doesn't exactly look like it's hot to the point where wearing clothes is a bad idea.

Looks to me like you want to get noticed. Go with grey (not old-men grey, there must be a different name for it.. silver-grey or something). It won't make you look old because it's way too obvious that you're young. It's pretty unique and doesn't look all that bad actually. Oh and buy a shirt

Not even sure if blue is going to even show up in black hair. What kind of shade of blue? light blue? Orange sounds like a color that would stand out out of black.
