What is 0005000b10197900?

I do not have any details. I saw that it was installed on my console according to NUSspli. NUSspli could not find the region the title belongs, and I googled, but could not find anything. So i asked here. But the reason I wanted to know was not only curiosity, but it has been settled.
The titel ID is in the range of important OS stuff so do not uninstall it yet! I'm not at home right now but will investigate more later.

Was btw also wrong: 0005000b isn't OS stuff, that would be 0005001b. According to https://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database 0005000b isn't used officially, so maybe some injector or homebrew claimed it.

Those preloaded ones are junk. You can Google raspberry Pi and find where they are sold near you, or on amazon.

You can get older ones even like the pi 3,4 for cheap, but they don't play gamecube, Wii etc very well. Be warned they use a Linux os, which you need to load onto a micro SD card yourself. You can find pre built images like "retro-pie" online free tho which makes it easy to setup.
