So, I've had this for like a year on my finger. What is it?

Its not a wart, because it isn't contagious. Unless its a non contagious wart. I've clipped it off with nail clippers before, and bit it off before, but it just grew back. WHAT IS IT ITS VERY ANNOYING TO ME!

I had one of those. It was like a wart, not contagious. Just like a bumpy callus thing. Get it frozen off or buy one of those freeze off things at a pharmacy.
