Homebrew Whenever I open up 3DS Sound, weird things happen to my New 3DS, such as the menu theme disappearing

Alright, this is scaring me.

I'm doing the paranoid thing to avoid being tagged for banning where after I open up a non-legit application, I open up a legit location before turning off my 3ds.

But whenever I open up 3DS sound, it 1) Makes my OFFICIAL 3ds menu themes disappear and 2) Gives me a message about wanting to save and close all applications before restarting the system.

I have a New 3ds on 11.3 AL9H with pre-B9S Luma.

What do?

Stop being paranoid as its already too late, if you've been tagged there's not much you can do(other than unban yourself till you get banned again, rinse and repeat).
Also upgrade to b9s + luma 8.0
